Behind every association is a team balancing its mission with everyday administration. Scattered spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and repetitive tasks make that work harder. We created Formwise to bring memberships, payments, events, communication, and finances together in one platform. With a dedicated member space and multilingual features, Formwise helps organizations coordinate their activities and keep their communities connected. The goal is simple: make administration easier so people can focus on the projects and relationships that give their association purpose.
What we did
From complex workflows to everyday simplicity.
We designed and developed Formwise as a complete SaaS product, connecting the public website, management platform, and member experience. Built with Next.js, TypeScript, and Supabase, it gives each organization its own workspace with role-based access. Configurable registration forms, Stripe payments, event management, and financial tools support everyday operations, while multilingual interfaces and communication features help associations serve diverse communities. Every workflow was shaped around the practical needs of administrators and members.
